Primrose Prep is the trading name of Rachel Couffignals, who operates as an independent private teacher and educational advisor under a Private Teacher Work Permit issued by the United Arab Emirates Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE).

Primrose Prep is not a school, tuition centre, educational institution, or agency, and does not employ, subcontract, place, manage, or supervise other teachers, tutors, or educational providers.

All services offered through Primrose Prep are provided personally by Rachel Couffignals.

Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Services
   
   

Services are provided personally by Rachel Couffignals as a private teacher and educational advisor operating under a Private Teacher Work Permit issued by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE).

Services consist of educational guidance, academic planning, and, where applicable, private teaching sessions. Services are advisory and educational in nature and are provided based on professional experience and judgement.

Primrose Prep is the trading name under which Rachel Couffignals operates and is not a separate legal entity.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
   
   

No guarantee is made regarding academic outcomes, examination results, school placements, or future academic performance. Educational progress depends on many factors beyond the control of the advisor.

3. Responsibility of Families
   
   

Families remain fully responsible for all educational decisions relating to their children, including school choice, examinations, and the engagement of any third-party services such as tutors, therapists, or schools.

Rachel Couffignals does not employ, manage, supervise, or place any third-party educational providers and accepts no responsibility for their actions, services, or outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability
   
   

Advice is provided in good faith based on experience and professional judgement. Rachel Couffignals shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on advice given, except where required by law.

5. Payment and Engagement
   
   

Fees vary according to scope and duration and are confirmed in advance of any engagement. Engagement is by appointment only and subject to availability.
