These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Primrose Prep website and provide general information regarding services offered by Primrose Prep.

Specific tutoring or advisory engagements may be subject to separate terms agreed with the client. Where separate terms have been agreed, those terms will govern the relevant engagement.

1. About Primrose Prep

Primrose Prep provides educational services including:

• private tuition;

• educational guidance and academic advisory services;

• curriculum and homeschooling support; and

• related educational support.

Primrose Prep is not a school, university, examination body or awarding institution.

Educational guidance may be provided directly by Primrose Prep. Tuition may be delivered by carefully selected independent Tutors engaged through Primrose Prep.

2. Tutoring Services

Primrose Prep provides a curated tutoring service, matching families with Tutors according to their educational requirements.

Tutors engaged through Primrose Prep are independent contractors and are not employees of Primrose Prep.

Primrose Prep takes reasonable care in selecting Tutors and considers factors including professional experience, qualifications, subject expertise, safeguarding requirements and suitability for individual families.

Where a family chooses to engage a Tutor through Primrose Prep, the specific tutoring arrangement, including the agreed tuition fee and payment terms, will be confirmed separately with the parent or guardian before tuition commences.

3. Educational Guidance

Educational guidance and recommendations are provided in good faith based on professional experience, information supplied by the family and educational judgement.

Families remain responsible for decisions relating to schooling, examinations, applications, curriculum choices and other educational arrangements.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are confirmed before an engagement commences.

Specific payment, cancellation and termination arrangements applicable to ongoing private tuition are set out in the Parent Terms & Conditions provided to the parent or guardian before tuition begins.

Payment for services arranged through Primrose Prep must be made to Primrose Prep unless expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Availability of Services

Services are provided subject to availability.

Primrose Prep will make reasonable efforts to provide continuity of educational support but cannot guarantee the ongoing availability of a particular Tutor.

Where appropriate, Primrose Prep may propose an alternative Tutor if a Tutor becomes unavailable.

6. No Guarantee of Educational Outcomes

Primrose Prep aims to provide high-quality educational support but cannot guarantee any particular academic outcome.

This includes examination results, grades, school admissions, scholarships or other educational outcomes.

Educational progress depends on a range of factors beyond the control of Primrose Prep and individual Tutors.

7. Online Services

Some Primrose Prep services are provided online.

Families are responsible for ensuring that pupils have suitable internet access, equipment and an appropriate environment in which to participate in online tuition.

Online tuition is also subject to Primrose Prep's safeguarding requirements.

8. Website Content

Information provided on the Primrose Prep website is intended for general informational purposes.

While reasonable care is taken to ensure that information is accurate and current, educational information and admissions requirements may change and should not be relied upon as a substitute for confirmation from the relevant school, examination body or other institution where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding and original materials displayed on the Primrose Prep website are owned by or licensed to Primrose Prep.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

10. Liability

Primrose Prep will exercise reasonable care in providing its services and in selecting and administering Tutors.

Tutors remain professionally responsible for the tutoring services they personally provide.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Primrose Prep will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on educational information provided through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy and Safeguarding

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Primrose Prep Privacy Policy.

Primrose Prep's approach to protecting children and young people is set out in its Safeguarding Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

Primrose Prep may update these website Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to its services, practices or applicable requirements.

The current version will be made available on the Primrose Prep website.

Changes to these website terms do not automatically amend the terms of a separately agreed tutoring or advisory engagement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
