These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Primrose Prep website and services.

Primrose Prep provides educational guidance and private introductions to independent tutors. We do not operate as a school, do not provide institutional education, and do not award qualifications.

2. Tutors

Tutors are independent professionals and are not employees of Primrose Prep. Any agreement between a family and a tutor is a separate contract between those parties.

3. Bookings and Fees

Fees for advisory services or introductions will be agreed in advance. Payment terms will be communicated before services commence.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice. Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee academic results, school placement, or examination outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Primrose Prep shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Primrose Prep and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law
