Primrose Prep FZE is a Free Zone Establishment incorporated in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Primrose Prep website and any educational guidance, advisory or tutoring-related services provided through Primrose Prep.

1. Nature of Services

Primrose Prep provides:

• educational guidance,

• academic advisory services,

• curriculum support,

• homeschooling guidance,

• and carefully selected private tuition rooted in British independent-school standards.

Primrose Prep is not a school, university, examination body, or awarding institution.

Educational support may be delivered directly by Rachel Couffignals or delivered by independent tutors contracted by Primrose Prep.

Primrose Prep provides educational advisory services and coordinates tuition delivered by carefully selected independent tutors. 

2. Tutors and Educational Support

Primrose Prep works with a carefully selected group of independent tutors and educational professionals.

Tutors engaged through Primrose Prep are independent contractors and are not employees of Primrose Prep.

Tutor selection is based on professional experience, subject expertise, educational standards, and suitability for individual families.

Primrose Prep may coordinate tuition arrangements, academic oversight, scheduling, and educational support as part of its services.

3. Academic Guidance

Educational guidance and recommendations are provided in good faith based on professional experience and educational judgement.

Families remain responsible for decisions relating to:

• schooling,

• examinations,

• educational pathways,

• curriculum choices,

• and broader educational arrangements.

4. Fees and Payment
Fees for tuition, consultations, or advisory services are confirmed in advance.
Invoices are payable in accordance with agreed payment terms. Primrose Prep reserves the right to pause tuition or advisory services where invoices remain unpaid. 

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made to Primrose Prep, which coordinates tutor payments and educational support arrangements.

Services are provided by appointment and subject to availability.

5. Cancellations

At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of tuition sessions. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. 

Primrose Prep reserves the right to apply cancellation charges where time has been specifically reserved.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While Primrose Prep aims to provide high-quality educational support, no guarantee is made regarding:

• academic performance,

• examination results,

• school placements,

• or future educational outcomes.

Educational progress depends on many factors beyond the control of Primrose Prep.

7. Online Services

Many services are delivered online. Families are responsible for ensuring appropriate devices, internet access, and learning environments for online sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primrose Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from reliance on educational advice or services provided.

• Primrose Prep uses reasonable care selecting tutors

• Tutor compatibility and educational outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

• Primrose Prep is not liable for indirect losses

• While we will make reasonable efforts to support continuity, uninterrupted tutor availability cannot be guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All written content, branding, and materials displayed on this website remain the property of Primrose Prep and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
